Welcome. These terms set out the simple ground rules for using our website, ordering a fresh smoothie or fruit juice, and visiting us. By doing so, you agree to what's written here.
When you place an order we'll do our best to have your healthy drink ready at the time you've requested. If your plans change, please let us know as early as you can so we can serve another customer. We may remake an order if you're running very late without notice.
Menu items, smoothie blends, and prices are shown in good faith and may change as fresh fruit availability and seasons shift. If something you've ordered is unavailable, we'll always suggest the closest, freshest alternative — perhaps a new seasonal blend with equally fantastic vitamins.
For custom smoothie blends and special healthy drink requests we ask for a few days' notice and may take a deposit. If you need to cancel, get in touch as soon as possible and we'll be as flexible as we reasonably can.
You're welcome to browse and share our pages. Please don't copy our content, branding, or photography for commercial use without asking us first. Our smoothie recipes, fruit juice blends, and Happyycandy identity are ours to protect.
We take real care over every smoothie we blend, every juice we press, and every detail on this site, but we can't promise the website will always be free of errors or interruptions. If something looks wrong, tell us and we'll fix it.
